IdThreadComponentDefaultPriority is a TIdThreadPrioirty constant that represents the default value assigned to the
TIdThreadComponent.Priority property. IdThreadComponentDefaultPriority is used in
TIdCustomThreadComponent.Create and as the default value for the property when VCL streaming is performed.
