This property indicates that the client should to
connect to the server from ports in the range of 512-1024. This is often required by many RSH daemons that will disconnect clients not connecting to ports in that range. The rationale for this is that multi-user operating systems such as Unix will only permit someone with administrative privileges to use ports in that range since they are reserved.
