Indy 9
Technical Support
Introduction to Internet Direct
Where can I get technical support?

Indy technical support is available from several sources.

Consult the Indy web site at http://www.nevrona.com/indy for updated Documentation (http://www.nevrona.com/Indy/Download.html), FAQS (http://www.nevrona.com/Indy/FAQ.html), and related Indy Articles (http://www.nevrona.com/Indy/Articles.html).

Free technical support is also available in the Borland developer community by accessing the Borland Newsgroups at news://newsgroups.borland.com . Team Indy monitors the borland.public.delphi.internet.winsock and borland.public.cppbuilder.internet newsgroups on a regular basis. Posting to the newsgroups allows the Open Source community to benefit from information gather in your posts.

Paid Priority technical support is also available from Nevrona Design in their IndyPro (http://www.nevrona.com/indypro) technical support subscription services. If you are interested in professional, timely technical support for Indy, Nevrona Design provides several annual subscription plans to help you get over the bumps and pitfalls of Internet programming.
